2012 London Olympics
SportHouse was constructed as the largest of the Games Time Training Venues for the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games. In legacy mode the Arena is used as a multi- sports facility providing one of the largest indoor sports facilities within the UK. The building provides 130,000 sqft of accommodation including restaurant and 300 work station gym. The development is set within the UK’s first Climate Change Park

Northgate Quarter Oxford
In the heart of Oxford City Centre, behind retained listed facades, the scheme redeveloped the original Debenhams store to provide 250,000 sqft of new retail floor space. The scheme provided six new retail units, restaurant and a new department store to the upper levels access via a feature five storey corner atrium.

A Town Centre mixed use Redevelopment scheme of 180,000 sqft anchored by Asda. The footprint of the scheme is configured as a natural extension to the existing retail core.
Rugby

Centred around an open civic square in the heart of High Wycombe town centre, Buckinghamshire, Eden is a 825,000 sq ft mixed use scheme comprising over 660,000 sq ft of retail space and leisure facilities, including a Cinema and Bowling as well as restaurants, a library, residential units and a new bus station which are integrated into the adjacent 140,000 sq ft Octagon Shopping Centre.
